सामग्री – पोटेटो सैंडविच/ आलू सैंडविच बनाने के लिए हमें निम्न सामग्री की आवश्यकता होगी

ब्रेड स्लाइस
उबले हुई आलू
काली मिर्च
हरी मिर्च
लम्बे कटे हुए प्याज़
चीज़ (Cheese)
गरम मसाला
अमचूर
नमक

पोटेटो सैंडविच या आलू सैंडविच बनाने के लिये बाउल में उबले हुए आलू डाल देंगे ।
कटे हुई प्याज़ ,कटी हुई हरी मिर्च , गरम मसाला,नमक ,अमचूर ,चीज़ डालकर मिलाएंगे । अब इसमें पीसी हुई काली मिर्च डालकर मिलायेंगे ।
अब एक ब्रेड स्लाइस लेकर उस पर घी लगाएंगे फिर चम्मच की सहायता से पोटेटो फिलिंग डालकर फैला लेंगे और दूसरी ब्रेड से उसे कोट कर लेंगे |
इस तरह से और ब्रेड स्लाइस भी तैयार कर लेंगे ।
अब इन स्लाइस पर घी या बटर लगाकर सैंडविच मेकर में रख देंगे | अगर सैंडविच मेकर नहीं है तो आप इन्हे नॉन स्टिक तवा या सिंपल तवे पर भी बना सकते है ।
जब सैंडविच मेकर की लाइट बंद हो जाएगी, तो हम सैंडविच को निकाल लेंगे । इस तरह से हमारा पोटेटो सैंडविच तैयार है ।
आप इसे सॉस और चटनी के साथ सर्व सकते है |

Ingredients

Bread slices
Boiled potatoes
Black pepper
Green chillies
Chopped onions
Cheese
Garam masala
Dried mango powder and
Salt.

Potato Sandwich Recipe in English

To make potato sandwich, put boiled potatoes in a bowl. Now add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, garam masala, salt, dried mango powder, cheese and mix it. Now mix black pepper powder. Now spread Melted butter or Ghee on bread slice, then spread potato filling with the help of spoon on bread. Now cover it with other bread. Similarly You can prepare more bread slices.

Now spread ghee or butter on the slices, and put it in sandwich maker. If sandwich maker is not available, then you can make sandwich in non-stick pan or simple griddle. When sandwich maker LED light will turn off, then we will put sandwich in the plate. Now our potato sandwich is ready. You can serve it with sauce or ketchup.
